Tiffany Wade and Tami Campbell
Tiffany started working for Taylor Assistant Services as an assistant in 2018. After mastering the company's platforms and back-office operations, she took on leadership responsibilities and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Recognizing the work-life balance that this role afforded her while raising her children, Tiffany realized that her best friend, Tami, would be a great addition to the team as an assistant. Tami joined the company in 2019.
After years of working together, Tiffany and Tami, who had both started other businesses, kept returning to their shared passion for providing virtual assistance to travel agents. Though they had no desire to become travel agents themselves, they loved supporting travel advisors in elevating their businesses and pursuing their careers as travel experts.
They often spoke about their dream of owning a travel business, but it wasn’t until December 2021 they decided to bring that dream to life.
In January 2022, after being best friends since 2009, Tiffany Wade and Tami Campbell purchased Taylor Assistant Services and renamed it Tailored Assistant Services. This new name reflects their vision of a custom virtual assistant company designed to meet the specific needs of travel advisors at any phase of their business.
Tiffany and Tami are grateful to be part of the journey for both advisors and assistants in the company they have built. Embracing this journey, trusting the process, and committing to continuous learning are the principles that guide them as they move forward, implement new ideas, and improve the ways they assist the travel industry.
What Makes Our Assistants Stand Out
We are US based which allows us to provide you with efficient service without the struggle of having to work around the different time zones as we work with agents all around the world. All of our assistants go through a rigorous 90-day training program that is customized to your required platforms.
The initial two weeks are dedicated to mastering the art of itinerary creation. This phase involves learning to interpret travel documents and guides, as well as harnessing the full potential of the itinerary builder libraries.
Then the assistant progresses to CRM training and is paired with their first travel advisor. Collaborative workflow discussions between the assistant, CRM Training Manager, and the agent shape the training process, ensuring a seamless understanding of CRM usage and work preferences.
The agent then starts to entrust the assistant with tasks, while the CRM manager provides guidance and training.
Quality control measures are in place, with all itineraries undergoing review until the assistant successfully completes the 90-day training program.
The assistant then gets further involved with our clients to create a harmony that allows the agents to spend more time doing what they love, all while giving the virtual assistant a work-from-home life balance.

Jordan was originally one of our best elite executive virtual assistants and CRM build-out admins who we were tired of having to keep sharing with others and decided to take our own advice on delegation and make her our COO.
She is here to help guide our ever-growing ship in the right direction, and we couldn’t be any more excited with the new concepts we have in store for Tailored Assistant Services.

Tiffany and her team of assistants can meet a huge need in the industry as travel is booming, and travel agents only have so much time in their day. Hiring TAS has allowed me to take a real vacation where I didn't check my email or work phone as my assistant and backup agent were and would call my personal phone if needed! Tailored Assistant Services was created to ensure that not only our clients, but also our assistants are living a well-balanced life while also being covered by Errors and Omissions Insurance.
By having our team sign a non-compete and a confidentiality agreement, you can rest assured knowing that your assigned assistant is there for you and only you. You can also request that your assistant signs an agreement for your company.
We also don’t hire anyone who was previously in the travel industry, a travel agent, or who has an interest in becoming one. We want our team members to be fully in love with the assistant workspace so they can happily thrive as they help you thrive.
