I started using TAS almost a year ago now and it was definitely the best decision I could have made. It was definitely hard for me in the beginning trying to figure out what I could delegate, especially as I'm a bit of a control freak :) But through some trial and error, I have now designated specific tasks to Allison which have considerably lightened my workload. She caught on quick to my system and my quirks in how I wanted things done. Her quick turnarounds, responsiveness and diligence in chasing my commissions is invaluable. This truly was one of the best decisions I have made and my stress level is greatly reduced knowing I have such great admin support.
